無断キャンセル

キャンセルをせずに予約したレッスンを受講されなかった場合、「無断キャンセル」料を請求させて頂きます。
クラス終了後24時間以内に、料金をお支払いいただくためのリンクをお送りします。

プライベート/セミプライベート/妊娠
授業開始予定時刻の12時間前以降にキャンセルされた場合、または授業開始予定時刻にお越しにならなかった場合は、クラス料金の全額を請求させていただきます。

回数券やフリーパスは返金、交換、延長、また第三者への譲渡は不可となっております。
ただし、
・定休日によるHappynes'tの休業期間に応じ、回数券（フリーパスを除く）の有効期限を延長いたします。
・病気などを理由に3週間を超える期間、受講が難しくなった場合、回数券やフリーパスは、受講可能な状態に回復するまで延長いたします。
